I cannot believe time has gone so fast, and we are here: the RevPit showcase is now live!
Revision update
I have received my second edit letter from my editor shortly after my last update, and I’ve dived right back in to polish up my query and first five pages for the showcase. We had gone through them over and over again until we had the absolute confidence that they shine.
Now on to the next phase! I have completed more than just the first five pages. I’m six chapters into my second revision, and this is going to be the final one before The Gravity of Hope hits the query trenches.
When I wrote this book, I didn’t think I would ever query it. A gay sci-fi romance isn’t exactly an easy sell, and I still don’t know what to expect. But RevPit gave me the confidence to at least try.
My nerdy engineer, Avery, and his snarky pilot deserve a chance.
The showcase
And finally, the time has come for the RevPit showcase. It’s only been a week, but the results so far are promising! I cannot wait to send out this manuscript to the requesting agents.
